Always verify the latest official recruitment notification before submitting a photo or signature.

1. Independent Educational & Technical Utility

ImageTools Pro provides client-side computational utilities intended to assist candidates, photographers, and web users in formatting image files to meet technical constraints (such as dimensions and file weight).

2. Examination Presets are Common General Estimates

The preset dimensions and target file sizes provided on our Government Job Photo Resizer and Government Job Signature Resizer reflect standard historical specifications commonly used across Indian recruitment examinations.

Recruitment authorities (including SSC, UPSC, IBPS, NTA, state public service commissions, and railway recruitment boards) periodically update their technical requirements, acceptable backgrounds, date print rules, or file size thresholds. You must always consult the official advertisement or notification brochure for your specific examination cycle prior to uploading any file.

3. Image Interpolation & Resolution Disclaimer

Our Increase Image Size Tool uses standard bicubic canvas interpolation. It does not recreate missing image details like an AI super-resolution generative model.

4. DPI (Dots Per Inch) Disclaimer

DPI is a physical print density metric, not screen resolution. Changing DPI recalculates how many pixels are allocated per physical printed inch. It does not magically generate new pixels or sharpen low-resolution imagery on computer screens.

5. No Guarantee of Acceptance

While our target size and dimension algorithms are engineered with high mathematical precision, ImageTools Pro cannot guarantee that an examination board, visa portal, or employer website will accept your submitted application, as human evaluators may assess other factors (such as facial lighting, background contrast, expression, or attire).
